  Body strength is important for all of us, including senior citizens. Body strength can go a long way to minimizing the chances of falls or other accidents

• Scheduling Your Access MD Annual Exam

  Happy New Year to all Access MD patients and their friends and families.

  I am sure you will agree that this year promises to be a year of change in so many ways.

  As for Access MD, one practice we will continue to focus on is annual exams for our patients.

  Annual exams allow us to create benchmarks for your health so changes can be more easily recognized as you age. It also allows me to catch any issues which might be at an early stage.

  Of course, the beginning of each calendar year is a great time to remember to schedule your exam.

  So please call for an appointment time if you have not been in recently.
